As a track and field athlete in college, the daughter of WWE star Brock Lesnar is gaining attention.

Colorado State junior Mya Lesnar gained popularity after breaking the school shot put record.

The 21-year-old Mya Lesner talked about her achievements on social media. "A new PR and a new school record! Happy with a strong start to my season," she wrote on Instagram.

Mya's record-breaking 18.50 meters earned her the title of student-athlete of the week at the school.

Mya placed 17th in the shot put at the NCAA Championships the previous year, throwing a distance of 16.72 meters.

She joined the Rams in her second year. Mya competed in NCAA track and field at Arizona State for the first time.

She won first place in the weight throw at the indoor Mountain West Championships and was named an All-Mountain West selection.
