Vallipuram Vasanthan, also known as Captain Miller, was a person from Sri Lanka who was a part of a group called the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). They wanted to separate from the rest of Sri Lanka and have their own country.

In a time when things were very difficult, there was a man named Captain Miller who was a hero in his village. He stood up against the British officers and started a revolution. Even though it seemed impossible, Captain Miller was able to get the villagers to join him and fight against the British.
They wanted to save their home and be free. Some of the villagers were being sneaky and secretly helping the British for money, but Captain Miller was smart and figured out their plan. He showed a lot of bravery and never gave up. The movie is really exciting and has lots of cool costumes and action scenes. It takes you back to a time before India was independent.
Captain Miller Trailer Review: Trailer breakdown
As soon as the trailer starts, we can see some people standing with their heads bowed. Dhanush Captain Miller can be seen going somewhere with his gun. There is a DLOG in the trailer that is going to be liked, which is “Maybe it was easy to get independence; that was our fight; the fight to maintain independence is more difficult.”
As soon as the beat drops, we see hundreds of soldiers running, which depicts the atmosphere of war.
At the end of the trailer, in the last dialogue, Dhanush says, aay, I am the devil, and you can call me Captain Miller.

Captain Miller is a movie about a brave captain who goes on exciting adventures. It was written and directed by Arun Matheswaran, and the dialogue was written by Madhan Karky. The main actors in the movie are Dhanush, Shiva Rajkumar, and Priyanka Mohan.
There are also other actors from different countries, like Mark Bennington and Edward Sonnenblick. The music for the movie was created by G.V. Prakash Kumar, and the lyrics for the songs were written by Vivek, Umadevi, and Arunraja Kamaraj. The movie was beautifully captured by Shreyaas Krishna and edited by Nagooran.
It was produced by Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films.
