Dinesh Phadnis has unfortunate news:

Actor Dinesh Phadnis, who played the role of ‘Fredericks’ in the popular crime thriller show ‘CID’, has passed away at the age of 57. Dinesh treatment started at Tunga Hospital in Mumbai. There, people said he took his last breath. He died on the last night, which was December 4, at 12 o’clock. His funeral will be held today, on December 5.

According to media reports, Dinesh’s condition was critical, and he was put on a ventilator. Not only this, he was also said to have suffered a heart attack. However, the cause of his critical condition was not a heart attack but another illness. This information was given by actor Dayanand Shetty, who played the role of Daya in the serial CID.

Meanwhile, Dinesh was suffering from a liver damage problem. Earlier, there were reports that Dinesh suffered a heart attack. Dayanand Shetty denied the news and said that his liver was damaged. Dinesh’s close friend Dayanand Shetty said in an interview with ‘eTimes’ that ‘Yes, it is true that he has passed away. This incident happened around 12.08 a.m. I am currently at his house. His body will be cremated today. Nearly every member of the CID is now in attendance.

After Dinesh, his family now consists of wife Naina and little daughter Tanu. Dinesh Phadnis is popularly known as Fredericks in the show. He worked in the most famous show on Indian television ‘CID’. So they got recognition in the household. He appeared in the show from 1998 to 2018. Compared to other actors, Dinesh’s role as Fredericks was more popular among children. Dinesh also played the role of a guest artist in the serial ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma’. Apart from this, he also worked Amir Khan. Dinesh played the role of an inspector in Aamir’s blockbuster film ‘Sarfarosh’ and appeared in a small role in ‘Mela’.

CID actress Doctor Tarika (Shraddha Musale) paid tribute by posting a photo with Dinesh Phadnis on her Instagram account.

Dinesh Phadnis is undergoing treatment for the second time. However, it is been said that the medicine has side effects on his liver. Because of this, it is believed that medications should always be taken with caution and in accordance with medical guidance. Dayanand Shetty added that allopathic medications should also be taken with caution and that it is impossible to predict how one drug will impact another organ.
